By placing an order through Hilltop General’s website, you agree to these terms and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Products are subject to availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may correct listing errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders because of unavailable stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges. We will not add charges without your approval. Payments for canceled items, including associated charges, will be refunded.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Orders move quickly into fulfillment, so requests are not guaranteed once processing begins. Shipped orders must follow our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Refusing delivery does not cancel an order or replace the return-authorization process.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe—or within 30 days when no timeframe is stated—we will notify you and seek your consent to the delay or cancel and refund the unshipped items. Our cancellation restrictions do not override these rights.
